Cerist Tri Aquathlon (1)


Race one. A good turn out of 50 Athletes arrived in Machynlleth to a cold frosty morning.

Swim 7:14

5k run 17.40 slipping everywere with my Nike free shoes.


2nd Senior male. Back in the pool for the next round.
