Ankle (bang)

Costal path Sunday run. 25th april 2016 Turned ankle. 3-4 weeks out. No swelling or brusing but lots of pain.

Change that 6 months out

A tiny insignificant ligament damaged and repaired under me trying to run through it. Not a gd idea.

Good rest and rehab slowly getting better and feeling stronger. Long road back to racing the hills.
