Snowdon uphill challenge

6th overall,  welsh and English  qualifier for euro champs. Start in beddgelert with the finish on top of snowdon 10.5 miles. Ras solid iawn gyda training yn dechrau gwella pob wythnos. ideal boost for snowdon.

Poppit sands rd 2

Last min decision with the ankle playing up but couldn't resist the sand. 1st finisher 17.50. pb by 45 sec from 12 months ago. Achilles in agony,  doh!!!

Trail marathon wales

Last minute entry so excited to be a part of the event on race day with a gd solid field. Badly sprained ankle on mile 7 holding 3rd place and feeling fast and strong.  Devastating.  4-5 weeks later im getting back to business.
