Llanddewi 10k

Was planning to head to Cardiff for a flat 10k but with this on the door step it made sense to stay at home and support these local events. Not many turning up mainly due to the poor marketing compared to the events taking place around the country these days. Lot of runners opting to race down llanelli.

Had my training partners with me so had more than enough competition so we set off on the gun, which nearly blew my head off.
